• User: Any client who enrolls in and accesses the Service.

Our subscription plans come in different varieties. Changes may occur in features, channel selections, and pricing. These adjustments won't alter your current billing cycle but will be effective at renewal time.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illicit or unauthorized objectives. Prohibited actions encompass, but are not limited to:

• Employing a VPN to circumvent geographical limits can be against local regulations.
• Transferring your account access.

Breach of this guideline could lead to instant account cancellation without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, Digital Lizard IPTV does not host, store, or produce any content. We grant access to streams that are publicly available on the internet. It is the responsibility of the User to confirm that they are not breaching any copyright laws in their region.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is delivered 'as is' without any warranties. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that every channel will be available continuously. Digital Lizard IPTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to utilize the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to end or pause your account at any moment, without prior notification, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or fellow users.

12. Governing Law
